Newly built, they are very elegant and refined. They have parquet flooring, with modern Flos lighting.

The bathrooms are large in size and inside there is a shower cabin and a bathtub, as well as all the necessary linen.
The dimensions vary from 26 to 32 square meters, some have a "comfort" reading armchair inside, which can be transformed into an additional bed if necessary.
