The Management and Reception are open 24 hours a day. For those who need to leave before 8:00 am or during the night, we kindly ask you to settle the bill the evening before. The balance of your stay can be paid at any time. Extras and the tourist tax must be paid at check-out.
Rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 11:00 am on the day of departure.
If you wish to keep your room beyond the allowed time, you can do so by paying a supplement (subject to availability and prior approval from Management):
- Until 5:00 pm: 50% of the daily rate
- After 5:00 pm: full nightly rate
We inform our guests that personal data will be treated with the utmost discretion, in accordance with Law 196/2003. Payment transactions via credit card are SECURE, thanks to the HTTPS Comodo SSL certificate installed on hotelmiramontiforte.com, which ensures the highest security and confidentiality for your data.
By booking directly through our system, we always guarantee the best applied conditions. Only on the official website, the booking offers a fixed discount compared to OTAs and includes additional exclusive benefits:
- Free bicycle rental for all rooms, saving €10.00 per person per day.
- Free covered and guarded internal hotel parking.
- Beach service upon reservation.
At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required, or, for stays less than 5 days, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night. The deposit can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
If paying by bank transfer (in addition to still providing credit card details), it is necessary to communicate this intention in the booking notes to receive our bank details. The booking is considered complete only at the time of the payment transaction.
The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card by requesting a pre-authorization from the circuit to which it belongs.
In accordance with the regulations on cash use limitations (Law no. 208/2015), the balance of the stay in cash can be accepted for a maximum amount of €1999.99.
In case of booking cancellation:
- Up to 10 days before the hotel arrival date, the cancellation will result in the loss of the 30% deposit or the cost of the first night.
- For cancellations made less than 10 days before check-in, full payment for the entire stay is required.
In case of "No Show," early departure, or delayed arrival from the confirmed date, the total amount for the entire stay will be charged. In case of a delayed arrival, it is highly recommended to inform the hotel management.
If no prior communication is received, from 12:00 pm on the day after check-in, Resort Miramonti reserves the right to resell the room without notice.
